I am invigorated by my work with individuals, couples, families and teenagers. Through this wonderful process of psychotherapy, clients bring about such extraordinary changes in their lives, thinking, feelings and achievements. It’s not what happens to you that count ultimately, it’s your response that creates your experience and your life. As Epictitus said in the first century B.C., “Men are disturbed not by things, but by the view which they take of them.” Therapy helps one consider a different point of view and more satisfying responses.
